How do I know if my art is "camera ready" art?

For a supplied file to be considered print ready or "camera ready" it needs to be a native Adobe Illustrator file created in vector format. Please keep in mind that any image captured from the web is a pixel image and not camera ready. If the artwork contains any fonts please convert the text to outlines to avoid any file conflicts.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept files with the following extensions; ai, psd, tif, jpg, png, pdf and bmp.
For reduced setup charges, files must be vector based graphics.
For embroidery files we require; dst, dsb, exp, files.

What if I want to use a font not offered in your catalog?

You may reference any free font website to use for your design. If you reference a font from the internet please keep in mind you must specify website and exact font name. Not all fonts will be compatible with our operating system or software and we cannot guarantee that all fonts on the internet will be compatible with our software and we will notify you in such instances.

How do I qualify for special pricing incentives?

Quantities can be combined for lower print charges on same design on same order for youth and adult or lights and darks. Please contact us for more information.
